Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Keepers of Blend mobil uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullandığınızda hangi bilgilerin toplandığını, bu bilgilerin nasıl kullanıldığını, kimlerle paylaşıldığını ve sahip olduğunuz seçimleri açıklar. Uygulama, bir kurumsal performans programının üyeleri için hazırlanmış, yalnızca davetle girilen kapalı bir uygulamadır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Özet

Uygulama davetle girilir. Yalnızca program yöneticileriniz tarafından önceden kaydedilmiş ve size kişisel bir aktivasyon kodu verilmişse hesap oluşturabilirsiniz.
Programı yürütmek için gereken bilgileri toplarız: adınız, e-posta adresiniz, eklemeyi seçtiğiniz profil bilgileri, performans sonuçlarınız ve topluluk içinde paylaştığınız içerikler.
Puan toplamlarınız, sıralamalarınız, rozetleriniz ve paylaştığınız içerikler diğer üyeler tarafından görülebilir. Ayrıntılı performans rakamlarınız yalnızca size ve program yöneticilerine görünür.
Uygulamada reklam, uygulama içi satın alma ve üçüncü taraf analiz araçları yoktur. Kişisel bilgilerinizi satmayız.

2. Topladığımız bilgiler

a) Hesap bilgileri. Ad soyadınız, e-posta adresiniz, parolanız (altyapı sağlayıcımız tarafından güvenli biçimde özetlenerek/hash’lenerek saklanır) ve davetinizi doğrulamak için kullanılan aktivasyon kodu.

b) Paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz profil bilgileri. İsteğe bağlı profil fotoğrafı ve isteğe bağlı profil ayrıntıları — favori seçiminiz, kişisel sloganınız ve ilgi alanlarınız gibi.

c) Performans ve sıralama verileri. Programa ilişkin performans rakamları (hedefler, gerçekleşmeler ve bunlardan hesaplanan puanlar) program yöneticileriniz tarafından yüklenir ve Uygulamada işlenerek puan, sıralama, rozet, lig konumu ve ödül hak edişi üretilir.

d) Topluluk içeriği. Topluluk akışında paylaştığınız gönderiler. Akıştaki gönderiler paylaşımdan yaklaşık 72 saat sonra otomatik olarak kaldırılır.

e) Bildirim ve cihaz verileri. Bildirimleri cihazınıza iletmek için kullanılan bir bildirim kaydı belirteci (token) ve uygulama içi bildirimlerinizin okunma durumu. Bildirimler Firebase Cloud Messaging üzerinden gönderilir; iOS cihazlarda Firebase bunları Apple’ın bildirim servisine iletir.

f) Kullanım verileri. Giriş olayları — seri (streak) rozetleri gibi katılım özellikleri için kullanılır.

3. Bilgileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

Programı işletmek: puan, sıralama, rozet, lig konumu ve ödül hak edişi hesaplamak.
Topluluk akışı ve üye profilleri gibi topluluk özelliklerini sunmak.
Puan güncellemeleri, ödüller, haberler ve topluluk hareketleri hakkında bildirim göndermek.
Uygulamayı çalıştırmak, sürdürmek ve güvenliğini sağlamak.
Yasal yükümlülüklere uymak.

4. Bilgilerinizi kimler görebilir

Topluluğun diğer üyeleri adınızı, profil bilgilerinizi, puan toplamlarınızı, sıralamalarınızı, rozetlerinizi ve paylaştığınız içerikleri görebilir. Ayrıntılı performans rakamlarınız (hedefler ve gerçekleşmeler) yalnızca size ve yetkili program yöneticilerine görünür. Program yöneticileri program verilerini erişimi kısıtlı bir yönetim paneli üzerinden yönetir.

Performans verileriniz, programı yürüten kurum tarafından sağlanır ve o kurumun yetkilendirdiği yöneticiler tarafından görülebilir.

5. Hizmet sağlayıcılar

Kişisel bilgilerinizi satmayız. Veriler, bizim adımıza aşağıdaki sağlayıcılar tarafından, kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında işlenir:

6. Veri saklama ve silme

Hesabınız ve program verileriniz programın süresi boyunca saklanır. Topluluk akışındaki gönderiler paylaşımdan yaklaşık 72 saat sonra otomatik olarak kaldırılır. Hesabınızın ve kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini dilediğiniz zaman levent@mymeltingpoint.com adresine yazarak talep edebilirsiniz; yasal olarak saklamakla yükümlü olmadığımız sürece verileri sileriz.

7. Güvenlik

Bilgilerinizi bize emanet etmenize değer veriyoruz ve bunları korumak için ticari açıdan makul önlemler kullanıyoruz. Ancak internet üzerinden hiçbir iletim yöntemi ve hiçbir elektronik saklama yöntemi %100 güvenli değildir; mutlak güvenliği garanti edemeyiz.

8. Diğer sitelere bağlantılar

Uygulama başka sitelere bağlantılar içerebilir. Bir üçüncü taraf bağlantısına tıklarsanız o siteye yönlendirilirsiniz. Bu siteler tarafımızdan işletilmemektedir; ziyaret ettiğiniz her sitenin gizlilik politikasını incelemenizi önemle tavsiye ederiz. Üçüncü taraf sitelerin veya hizmetlerin içeriği, gizlilik politikaları ya da uygulamaları üzerinde denetimimiz yoktur ve bunlara ilişkin sorumluluk kabul etmeyiz.

9. Çocuklar

Uygulama yetişkin bir profesyonel topluluk için hazırlanmıştır ve 18 yaşın altındaki hiç kimseye yönelik değildir. 18 yaşın altındaki kişilerden bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. 18 yaşın altındaki birinin bize kişisel bilgi verdiğini düşünüyorsanız, silebilmemiz için lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin.

10. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler, güncellenmiş yürürlük tarihiyle birlikte bu sayfada yayımlanır. Bu sayfayı düzenli olarak gözden geçirmenizi öneririz.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the Keepers of Blend mobile app (“the App”), how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. The App is a private, invitation-only application built for the members of a professional performance program. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Summary

The App is invitation-only. You can only create an account if you have been pre-registered by your program administrators and provided with a personal activation code.
We collect the information needed to run the program: your name, your email address, the profile details you choose to add, your performance results, and the content you share inside the community.
Your point totals, rankings, badges and the content you post are visible to other members. Your detailed performance figures are visible only to you and to program administrators.
The App contains no advertising, no in-app purchases and no third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we collect

a) Account information. Your full name, email address, a password (stored in securely hashed form by our backend provider) and the one-time activation code used to verify your invitation.

b) Profile information you choose to provide. An optional profile photo and optional profile details such as a favorite selection, a personal slogan and your interests.

c) Performance and ranking data. Performance figures related to the program (targets, results and the points calculated from them) are uploaded by your program administrators and processed in the App to produce scores, rankings, badges, league placements and reward eligibility.

d) Community content. Posts you share in the community feed. Feed posts are automatically removed about 72 hours after posting.

e) Notifications and device data. A push notification token used to deliver notifications to your device, and the read status of your in-app notifications. Notifications are sent through Firebase Cloud Messaging; on iOS devices, Firebase relays them to Apple’s push notification service.

f) Usage data. Sign-in events, used for engagement features such as streak badges.

3. How we use information

To operate the program: calculating points, rankings, badges, league placements and reward eligibility.
To provide community features such as the feed and member profiles.
To send push notifications about score updates, rewards, news and community activity.
To operate, maintain and secure the App.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Who can see your information

Other members of the community can see your name, your profile details, your point totals, rankings, badges and the content you share. Your detailed performance figures (targets and results) are visible only to you and to authorized program administrators. Program administrators manage program data through a restricted administration panel.

Your performance data is supplied by the organization running the program and can be seen by the administrators it authorizes.

5. Service providers

We do not sell your personal information. Data is processed on our behalf by the following providers, under their own privacy policies:

6. Data retention and deletion

Your account and program data are retained for the duration of the program. Community feed posts are automatically removed about 72 hours after posting. You can request the deletion of your account and your personal data at any time by writing to levent@mymeltingpoint.com; we will delete the data unless we are required to keep it by law.

7. Security

We value your trust in providing us your information, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. Remember, however, that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Links to other sites

The App may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us, and we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9. Children

The App is built for an adult professional community and is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. You are advised to review this page periodically.
